We’ve just had a Google nest hub for Christmas brand new but Disney plus isn’t working properly. It linked fine and worked fine the first time we used it, but since then Google will reply with “something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes”. We then have to go into the Google home app, unlink, then re link, for it to work.
Can someone get in touch on how this can be fixed?

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s further look into it. What country are you in? Kindly provide your Google Nest Hub device’s System firmware version. Swipe up from the bottom of its screen, then tap Settings, and then choose Device Information.
