@MDuenow

Did you try just a simple reboot, either by unplugging it for a minute, or from within the Google Home app?

Hello everyone,

I appreciate you trying to help here, @MplsCustomer.

@MDuenow, thanks for reaching out. A few questions: is your Google Nest Hub plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector? Are other devices receiving power from the same outlet? Are you using the official power adapter? When did the issue begin? Was there an electrical outage around the time the issue began?

Kindly perform the following steps:

  • Use different wall outlets to roll out faulty outlet concerns.
  • Discharge your Google Nest Hub.
    • Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the display.
    • Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
    • Plug the power adapter into the display.
    • Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
    • Check if the screen lights up.
  • Use another power adapter if you have one available.

Keep me posted.

Sincerely,

Lovely

Hi MDuenow,

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that I suggested above? Let me know if that did the trick or not, so we can try something else.

Cheers,
Lovely
