i have tried soft reboot, hard reboot and factory reset. nothing works

Turns out it was my internet somehow, although it worked perfectly with other devices, switching it from 5ghz to just regular seems to have fixed it

Hey Mark0tic,
Sweet! Happy to hear that connecting your device to the 2.4 GHz resolved the issue, and thanks for keeping us in the loop. It appears that the other band is currently congested, which is why it's best to switch other devices to the other band.
Let me know if you still have questions and concerns otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
Cheers,
Muddi
