Ezviz Camera stream unavailable

After link reboot, all devices still getting the same sorry message device live streaming not available.

Hi Ambi1709,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your devices are not streaming. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some quick questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Which Google Home/Nest device are you trying to stream it on? (model name, generation number)
  • Have you set up your devices in the Google Home app?
  • Are all of your devices showing up as connected on the Google Home app?
  • Are you seeing any error messages on the Ezviz app?
  • Just confirming from your statement, you have tried to reboot your devices? 

 

Have you tried these steps suggested by Ezviz? 

1.     In the Google Home App, add EZVIZ under Home Control devices and link EZVIZ account

2.     In the EZVIZ App, choose a preferred name for your camera such as Front Door, Living Room, etc.

3.     In the Google Home App, refresh Home Control devices list

 

Please keep me updated, let's get this issue resolved!
