Face Match not working on Nest Hub Max

I have already registrated my face data and set into 'show my personal data when my face has recognized' in to my nest hub max, but it shows public data, not the personal data. and some times the camera doesn't recognize my face. Is this related with preview firmware?

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Face Match feature is not working as intended. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help troubleshoot this issue. First, I have some quick questions.

  • Under 'recognition and personalization', do you have 'Allow Personal results' on?
  • Is your 'recognition and personaliztion' section set to 'always show'?
  • Is your voice match feature on as well?
  • Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say? 
  • Have you tried deleting/turning back on the Face Match feature?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
