Factory reset nest audio and it’s unresponsive

I did a factory reset in my nest speaker and now it’s unresponsive. It doesn’t respond to voice or touch, I can’t find it on my WiFi or Bluetooth. I did the factory reset and I tried the “plug it in and unplug it 10 times” and nothing happened. 
When I plug it in I get the four dots flashing but my phone doesn’t see it.
