Family notes not showing on ambient screen

I am trying to get my family notes to appear on the home/ambient screen as a sticky note. I have scoured the forums but there is no solution in those threads. Any ideas on how to get this to work? It would be great to leave a sticky note on the screen. I currently just have a google photos folder with time and weather (and the frog) in my ambient mode.

Go to settings, customization, preset themes. Change the theme. You can now enable Contextual info and the ambient display works.

I dont see that under themes. 

Just says light, dark and auto

No other options

I know how important it is for you to see the notes on your Google Nest Hub Max screen. I'd love to help!

A few questions:

• When did the issue start?
• Does it show the notes when you ask your Nest Hub Max?
• Does it show the notes on your screen within 24 hours after creating it?
• What is the current firmware version of your device?

Let's go ahead and try rebooting your Nest Hub and router by unplugging it from the power source, then leave it unplug for 1 minute. Once done, plug it back in with intervals.

This feature has never worked, I just got this display about 2 weeks ago. Whenever I ask it to leave a family not, it does not leave it as a sticky when it goes back to ambient/photo frame mode.

Rebooting did not fix the issue

Firmware version is: 9.20221010.3.176
