Routines have a long way to go to become truly functional. The largest missing feature I’ve noticed is the inability to use speaker groups as the “Play Media On” option. I understand that I can set each line up with a custom command and request that it be played on a speaker group but this is a cumbersome and lazy solution.
it should be very simple to add the option to use a speaker group instead of a specific speaker as the “Play Media on” option. Additionally, you should be able to override the voice command only playing on the speaker you have the voice command to.
This would be helpful for waking my kids up using a routine while downstairs and speaking to the Hub Max in my kitchen when I want the routine to play in all of my children’s rooms.
Lastly, is there a place that Google tracks new feature requests to both gauge customer interest and notify the community of what items are in process and under review.
