Full volume in middle of the night

Roxc
Community Member

Hiya,

of a nighttime my daughters go to sleep with music/meditation etc played through there Google nests in a group (2 speakers).

Roughly once a week in the middle of the night the speakers will go from 30-40% volume to 100% and wake them up! This can happen at anytime overnight (last night was 2:30am) and everyone in the household is asleep!

any reason why or how to fix? They are only 5 & 7 so gives them a good scare!

Thanks x

Hi Roxc,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble this caused you. Few questions, does anyone linked on the Google Nest devices? Also, could you check on the Night mode settings? Here's how to check: https://bit.ly/2Y9Gysk

Keep me posted.

Hey thanks for the response, nope it’s just me connected to the devices! as for the night mode, I never knew there was one. Checked all my devices and night mode is not activated on any of them.
