Hi all,
I have 1 x nest hub, 2x nest mini and 1x nest audio. The hub (display screen) and one of the mini’s work fine day in and day out. The other mini and the nest audio state “I can’t connect to the internet right now…” every single day when we ask for music etc. have to unplugged both of them every day to resolve the issue and then they work again until the next morning.
What is going on here? Two work well two and have a problem. They are close to the wifi router.
I’m ready to try a different brand. Please help.
Thanks

Hi Ganthony,
Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution.A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Aside from rebooting, what other steps have you taken so far?
Try the factory reset. This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.
Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays

Juni
