I had this issue previously and fixed it by re adding the device to a new home.
this issue cropped up again this week and now i cannot get the camera online at all.
iOS
System firmware version: 10.20221207.2.120
please get this resolved. This is pretty ridiculous for a product I paid so much for. I will now need to seriously consider other options whenever I look at google products in the future.
