Getting the recovery email on the same gmail account that i want to recover

My Gmail account is temporarily blocked, because i was trying to login it in my new cell and i didn't remember the password. So i tried to recover it but google was sending the recovery email on the same email that i want to recover. 

Please help me to unblock and recover my account by adding this email ( farwashaheen939@gmail.com ) in my other gmail account that is: shaheen.farwa786@gmail.com
