Hello Engineers at Google,
You said this would be corrected by now. Now it is turning into a glitchy Google Christmas.
I went over to my in-laws and they have one and found the same problem. It was good when we bought for them 2 years ago.

Really sorry about what happened to your google speakers not responding to commands the first time as it should but don't worry, our Engineering team are already working on a fix on this and should be available for us within a few days or so.

Is there any way we can send replacement ones. As a reminder our other ones still work. 2 out 5 fail ( and my in-laws one fails at their home.
