Goes the process and the very last step won't configure

We got new Internet today. 

Everything is hooked up and working except 2 speakers, which did with until I set the up as a pair.

I've tried every step that Google recommended, several times.

There now to far away from the router. I have cameras that are 20' further

Any other suggestions?

Putting the speaker right next to the router helped me set up my Google Nest Hub Max and then I was able to move it to where I needed it. 

It just helps when setting up.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you've been having some issues with two of your speakers getting stuck on the last step of the setup process. Let me assist you with this!

Thanks to @SmartHomeH-TAGS Bronze for jumping in with some helpful tips! Before we move forward, I need to know some information:

  • What is the make and model of your speakers?
  • When did the issue start?
  • On the last screen you see, are you getting any error messages?
  • What LED lights appear on the top and back of the speaker?
  • Has the Google Home app been updated recently?
  • Is the speaker in the same room and within 15-20 feet of the setup device?
  • What is the make and model of the device you are using to set up your speakers?
  • What is the Android or iOS version of the device you are using?

Once you have this information, I'll be more than happy to help you!
