Good morning and Bedtime routines suddenly not performing programmed actions

A couple (few?) weeks ago the "Good morning" and "Bedtime" routines suddenly started doing things not programmed to do.  They also stopped doing the things they WERE programmed to do.  Nothing was changed on my end.  I feel like this might have coincided with the release of the scripting automations, but that may just be conjecture.  I've had to copy the routines to new routines and use different start phrases as those are "built in" and cannot be modified, which is frustrating, but workable.

It would be lovely if someone were to offer a fix to the original problem, rather than congratulating me on the hack that I had to come up with to deal with the shortcomings of googles service.
