Google Assistant plays videos to wrong device ??

I have both a TV and a Chromecast added to my Google home.  These are assigned to different rooms.  Both work successfully with lots of voice commands.  However, when I ask Google to play a show (from Netflix, say), and I name the TV specifically, Google says Ok, but then proceeds to play the video on the Chromecast rather than the TV.  How can I troubleshoot this?  Thanks so much!

The only thing I have found the room awareness works for is lights. Make sure you TV has a unique name don't let it be just a TV in your living room, make it "Living room Television". Also in the home app go into the settings for the speaker or hub that is in that room and make sure video is defaulted to the tv in that room. Now cross your fingers. I really wish Google would make you use the command "on my bedroom CHROMECAST". It would solve most people's multi room issues.
