Google Assistant unable to find my smart lights?

The Google Assistant for some reason is unable to find my smart lights, please help?

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what’s the make and model of your smart lights? Are they already set up in their native app and can be controlled? Were you able to link the smart lights in the Google Home app? What is the native app called?
