Hello everyone,
I have been using Google Home speakers for many years. Some of them are paired within a room to get stereo sound. I had a perfect setup and had used the volume balance in the Google Home App to balace the volume between the left and the right speaker.
Now that I've had to reconnect the two speakers, I've noticed that the slider for the balance is no longer available in the App.
Am I doing something wrong or has this function been removed (if so why) or is it a bug in the Google Home App?
Thank you very much!

I noticed the same thing. I have two nest speakers set up in my garage and I'm unable to create the perfect balance of sound again. It's quite disappointing and I'm really considering getting a different brand since they're kind of old anyways and they don't sound as clear as they used to.

It comes and goes depending on something less obvious than the weather. Nothing will bring it back if it wants to stay away not rebooting not reloading not repairing not getting a new phone. It's a feature from Hell meant to waste our time and force us to go away into new product realms

Hi everyone,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with the volume balance in the Google Home app, which usually helps you to adjust the volume between the left and right speakers, but it's no longer appearing. I appreciate the steps that you have taken so far to solve the situation. But don't worry; help is here. I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution:
Please keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenny
