Speaker not working

I set my device up yesterday, then after 5 hours the speaker has suddenly stopped working - I can’t hear anything. 
I have reset and turned off - nothing is working. Any thoughts?

  • What type of Nest Speaker do you have? To check the model, please use the following article: Google Nest speakers and displays.
  • Is your Nest Speaker plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  • Have you tried plugging your Nest Speaker into a different outlet?
  • Are you using the official power adapter that came with your Nest Speaker?
  • Was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?
