I have 2 google nest displays and one nest max. After a power outage the other day the displays no longer work. They are stuck on a white screen and say “not playing”. I have factory reset and unplugged 10 times each and every time it still doesn’t work. I have done everything and this is just so frustrating right now. Also it seems an “update happens on the jest max when connecting it and it seems to work but then still nothing.

I know how challenging it is, not having a working device when needed. To confirm, are all your devices stuck on white screen now? What country are you located in? When and where did you purchase your devices?

Muddi, thanks for your help and reply. I am located in Montreal, Canada. They are indeed stuck on white screen. If I do a factory reset they go though the process of finding and connecting and then they get stuck on the white screen again and also the voice assistant does not work if saying “ hey google”. It says something went wrong. I purchased all three devices at best buy in may 2022 so they are about 6 months old. I have 2 nest displays the smaller ones and one nest max.

I appreciate the quick response. Let's go ahead and try setting up one of your devices on a mobile hotspot. This will help us further isolate the issue. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest Hub display).
