 @Leon M 914, here is a link that you can fill out to reach Google Support. It is a form where you can explain your issue. Once you submit it, Google Support will be able to help you with the next steps.
 
For future reference, that link I gave you above is from the main Google Nest help page. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, it will say "Need more help? Try these next steps:" Then you just click on the picture that has the headset on the right side that says "Contact Us", and then that form pops up.
