I am trying to go into the HOME service settings for Notes and Lists, so I can start using the shopping list again. (Had to go back, since they stopped supporting any.do) When I click on the "Notes and Lists" button, I get "403 That's an Error. We're sorry but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know". This is the only service giving me an error. How do I get access or past this error? Thanks!

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Was it working before? Were there any recent changes made? What country are you located in? Are you seeing the error on your Google Home app when accessing its shopping list?
May we have the Google Home app version? Open the Google Home app from the App Store for your iOS device or from Google Play for your Android device. Select the app and go to “About”. You will see the app version of your Google Home.
Also, you can try to re-install the Google Home app.
