Hi,
My Google Home Max keeps crashing at high volume. I have seen similar threads, but there was no solution. Please help !

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with your Google Home Max. A few questions: when did the issue start? Does it happen on specific songs only? Are you using the original power adapter that comes with the device? Where is it plugged in? Also, it is best if you could share some videos so we can further check what's going on with your device.

Hi Muddi,
The issue started around 2-3 days ago, but maybe early since I never really put high volume usually. It crashes at around 65% for more ''party like'' songs and 70-75% for calmer song. I am using the orignal power adapter and it is plugged directly into the wall.
