My google home mini is not turning on at all. It was working fine for months and all of a sudden it’s non responsive and would not even power up to show lights.
I’ve tried unplugging, waiting for 20 or so seconds, and plugging it back in; tried with a different cable, different power source, tried factory reset in the back of the device. None of the steps show any response or light or basically anything from the device. It’s as if it’s not drawing any power at all.
Any suggestions on possible remedy or replacement with Google? My daughter loves talking to it and asking random questions or request songs, it’s like her best friend is gone. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Interestingly enough, I am having the exact same issue. Have gone thru the painful reset process ...isn't working..

Wow, no solution or attempt to fix at all? Very disappointing in Google and its products that don’t even last reasonable time.
