Google Home Mini won't connect to wifi

Hello. Just moved, and finally have my internet up. My phone, two laptops and tablet are connected to the wifi, but the google home mini isn't connecting. I have already tried the various things of factory resetting it, moving it closer to the router, turning off the wifi for the other devices to help it connect, put my phone in airplane mode and connect it (since the Google Home app is on my phone).  What else can I do?

Thanks for bringing this up and we appreciate your efforts. I know how it feels to not have a working device when needed - we'd love to help.

A few questions: are you using a dual-band router? What is the make and model of your router? Are there other Google Home/Nest speaker working on the same network? To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home Mini).
