When I try to open a video app like YouTube or Netflix on my Google Home I get the message "Sorry, I don't know where to play the video. Please tell me the exact name of the screen." I have never had this problem before. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When did it start happening? Is it also happening when you play music on your Google Nest Hub? Also, what's the exact command you've used?
Have you tried rebooting your Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection? Reinstalling your Google Home app might help too.
