Google Home does not play well with iHeart Radio, however Spotify it is not a problem. Frankly, it is a hot mess, especially with "Speaker Groups" it is especially bad. Some songs and playlists from iHeart sound fine, while others sound like they are possessed by demons of sorts, painful to the ears. I have reported this for a very long time, but Google does nothing and never follows up, even though I have a case number from them. That is par for the course with Google Home Support.

6-0554000035047 and I suspect I will NEVER hear from them. They have not once followed up, despite my more than 100 submitted DETAILED reports over a long time. Not sure why I should ever bother with helping troubleshoot when they never respond. Very upsetting and insulting.

Add to that a few days ago Google started acting up with Spotify too. Playlist just freeze up at the end of each song. It's especially agrevating.

Update; Spotify seems to have been corrected and is working correctly the past couple of days. iHeart still a hot mess.
