So a few days ago my Google Home was working perfectly fine how I wanted it to. But then I disconnected my iPhone from WiFi and my Google Home just froze. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and that’s when it started to freeze when it was loading. I tried to press and hold the mute button to factory reset it but it makes no sound. I also tried to unplug and plug back in the power cord for 10 seconds 10 times but that didn’t seem to do it either. I really love the design of this speaker and hope to get it back up and running again. Thanks, Oakley.
