Google Home keeps cutting out media streams

Hi Google

 

my Google Home speaker keeps cutting out radio streams. I have tried to reset the routers and that didn't work. I have tried to bring my speaker closer to the router, same results.

 

Please help

this has been going on for months and it's getting worse

I tried connecting to a different network and it didn't make a different.  It works fine off Bluetooth but not with streaming radio.

Thanks for trying that, and sorry that you are still experiencing this. Since the steps didn't work on your end, we'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Please fill out this Contact Us form with all the needed information, then let me know once done. Lastly, could you provide us with your device's firmware version? Check out the steps below on how to get it:
 

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Tap your device's tile.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings and then Device information.
  5. Under "Technical information," find Cast firmware: X.XXX.XXXXX.

it works with bluetooth and when I ask it to  play music from a particular artist but not when I am streaming a radio station
