Adding Device - Nest Hub Max Camera - but can't connect - KGSKErrorDomain error -83902

Hi Guys, I really do hope someone can help, as I seen another persons on the forum with exactly the same issue!

Background:
I have several devices on the Home app - Nest Cameras, Google Minis etc.. all connected, and working fine, and have been for over a year. I have a 'Nest Hub Max Camera' also was working fine for a year till I did a factory reset it earlier toady (which I've done before and rec9onnected with no issues).

But this time, when I add the device - its finds it - it connects to the WiFi - the device Hub Max screen says its connected - and the last step on my iPhone is the screenshot below - but it returns this error every time and I cannot proceed any further!! The Hub just sits there saying "Connected" and the App has no other options but to close the app!

Its a personal WiFi account and is correct - as I can still access all my devices - WiFi is working perfectly - Ive factory reset the Hub Max several times now, as well as closing the Home app down on my phone and turning it on and off a couple of times - Ive even tried my wife's iPhone as well to add it, but get the same error message on the phone screen!

Hi There, Replying to my own issue as I now have the answer which could help others.

I'm based in Australia and have my iphone settings set to language and Region (English UK). To get this to work and remove the error you need to change your iPhone to (English US and Region to US) and in the Home App go to the top right (account) and scroll down to manage language settings and change that to US!

Then factory reset the Hub Max and low and behold it works 🙂
