Google Home locks up, any idea how to fix it? I’ve reset device to factory settings multiple times.

I’ve unplugged the device, plugged it back in multiple times. Works for a little while then freezes. I reset the Google Home to factory settings multiple times and it still freezes. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?
