Google Home not allowing to enable Personal Results in my new Bose Smart 500 Speaker

Urgent help, google Home not allowing to enable Personal Results in my new Bose Smart Speaker 500, I already did a factory reset and delete the device from the list, but still not allowing me to enable personal results in this device.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community and sorry for the delayed response. 

Please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant Bose Smart Speakers. You might need to reach out to them for better assistance.

Speaking on behalf of our Google Home/Nest speakers and displays, personal results can be turned on/off anytime on the Google Home app.
