Google nest mini

Hi,
i'm running google nest mini's on my home Wifi,
Also i'm using Phillips hue on the same network, now when i do voice command turning on the light it does the job.
But when my wife asks the mini to turn on the same light its stating that i can't find / there's 2 unlinked lights to the mini. Anyone knows how to deal with this?

I understand how it feels when something is not working properly on your Google Nest Mini - we'd love to help. A few questions: when did the issue start? Is her account and voice linked to your device? 

Let's go ahead and do a sequential reboot by disconnecting your Nest Mini and router from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals. These steps will help us refresh the settings on your device.
