My Google Home device (1st gen) works perfectly. I just installed a Next Doorcam (latest version) which also works perfectly on my iPhone. The issue is that while the Home device sees the doorbell, it says it’s not available and perhaps I should perform the setup again. Please help.

@JChoriatis, thanks for reaching out. Have you tried the step provided by MikeClark? You might want to also reboot your Wi-Fi router to refresh the network.

Unfortunately, nothing changed. I did see it display a notification that someone was at the front door, so there must be some communication occurring between the two devices, but when I try to view the video stream, that's when it says it is not available.

Thanks for the response. Could you try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app and observe if this will make a difference. Using another phone will help us further isolate the issue too.
