The Google Home app is unstable with "Speaker Groups". They often fail to be recognized, even when currently playing the Speaker Group, and will also randomly disappear from the app. Google Home Support is completely unresponsive for a very long time, and yes I have a case number and have provided more than 100 sent feedback reports. Crickets! That's all I ever hear back, despite my diligent efforts to help them figure out the problem with THEIR product.
