Google Home won’t preview my album for photo frame

When in Google Home I’m clicking on my family album to download it to my Nest Google hub. 

the album turns blue when I click on it. It very briefly says it’s loading pictures and then that disappears and no preview is shown. The Google circle spins for about three seconds. The album remains blue and the words loading your images immediately disappears. 

can anyone help?

You should know, I’m not used to using Google home so please don’t assume I know anything. I’ve only got this far by googling everything to get the album on to Google home ready for foto frame.

Sarebear22, thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your photo frame concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Also, what troubleshooting steps did you take?

Try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub.
