My Google Hub 2nd gen is constantly glitching without us touching it. We turned off the motion sensor and cleaned the screen, but it continues to switch screens without us prompting it to.
I have rebooted the system. I have soft restarted the system. I have unplugged it for a day and replugged it. But it continues to switch screens.

Hey Ltran,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
I know how it feels when you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). A few questions: when did the issue start? What is the current firmware version of your device?
Let go ahead and reset your Nest Hub (2nd gen) by pressing and holding both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest Hub (2nd gen).
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Muddi

Hi Muddi,
Thanks for the response. I spoke to someone from Google. It sounds like it is a hardware issue.
Thanks though.

Hi Ltran,
We're sorry to hear that. Was it already addressed? Do you have any case ID for me to check?
Best,
Princess

Hi Princess,
Here is the case ID from Google: 9-3576000033654

Hey Ltran,
Thanks for sharing the case ID. Upon checking, your Nest Hub (2nd gen) screen is switching to apps on its own. As much as we wanted to replace it the device is out of warranty. For more information about Google's limited warranty, please visit this link.
Cheers,
Muddi
