Hello, I'm hoping that someone has a solution to this frustrating problem. The 7" hub display is gray with the G logo and then starts blinking. I tried the Factory Reset and follow through countdown, but nothing happens and then back to the gray screen. I've tried changing outlets, rebooting router etc. This device is no longer recognized in my Google home app. I have other Google products including initial Google Home, mini speakers, thermostat, doorbell and some cameras, but at my wits end with this. Hopefully, someone can help before I move away from Google completely. Thank you in advance.
