Google Hub just replies "Here are some pictures that match"

When I asked "Hey Google, is Target open?" and all other variations of that question such as "What are Target's hours?" or "Is Target open today?" my Google hub persistently responded with   "Here are some picture that match" and showed the Target logo.

I found another post where this problem was reported in December that was closed by the community member.

It is still a problem.

@cjroos

That seems to happen to everyone. You have to ask about a specific Target store. If you ask Siri the same question, you get a long list of Target stores.

Hi folks,

@MplsCustomer, thanks for helping.

@cjroos, that certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. A few questions: was it working before? Do you have a Nest Hub 1st Gen or Nest Hub 2nd Gen?

I have tried replicating the concern here on our test device and it followed up with the correct response where it correctly gave the closing time. May I know what are the exact commands you used? Could you try the command that involves the name of the closest store, restaurant or mall near you.

It would also help a lot if you could double check your home and and work address by following the steps below:

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app.
  3. At the top right, tap your account.
  4. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap the triangle next to the Google Account, then tap another account or Add another account.
  5. Tap Assistant settings > You > Your places.
  6. To edit a home or work address, tap the current address > enter a new address > Ok.
  7. To remove a home or work address, tap Remove next to the address.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,

Dan
