Google Nest Audio - Failed Factory Reset

DeBFostFirm

Ok, it was me.  I had issues with my initial set up of my Nest Audio so I tried the factory reset by turning off the speaker switch and then holding down on top...but I did it wrong and now I can't get the Nest to work.  Next I tried the very tedious unplug it, count 10 seconds, plug it back in and wait for the 4 lights on front to light up, then unplug it again and do that whole routine 10 times.  I've done that routine 3 times now, and it still won't reboot itself.  It gives me the 4 lights flicking down the line but then just stops without the announcement that it is ready for setup.  What now? I've managed to do this to 2 of my speakers in the house, though the rest I was able to reset without issue.

Hi DeBFostFirm,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Could you confirm by checking this link, if you did the reset that way?

Looking forward for your response.

Thanks,

Juni

Yes, @Juni, that is what I attempted to do.  I may have done something wrong but I tried that reset several times, after the first time failed.  Now when I turn it on, the lights are white, they roll back and forth several times and then nothing.
