Google Nest Audio Wifi Connection with username

Hello, I am an educator trying to set up a series of Nest Audio speakers around my school. The hope is we will be able to play christmas music in multiple areas around the school at the push of a button. 

The problem we are running into is our WIFI requires a username and password for sign in, and the Nest Audio only allows me to enter a password. Is there a way to enter a username and password for WIFI logins? 

Could there be a work around for this?
