I have a google nest audio that is not responding. I plug it in, and it shows the lights going from the center to the outside like normal, but it takes a very long time to load. I have tried resetting it with the button being held down and switching the power off and on again. Once it does load, the device becomes unresponsive to all buttons and switches, and doesn't respond to voice commands. It shows up as "Offline" in the google home app. The power brick that came with it seems to make high pitch noises when you plug it in, and the pitch varies as the device turns on. I hope I can fix this issue.
