Google Nest Audio

Hello all,

 

im facing a new problem with my nest audio.

 

it’s connected and linked to Spotify account,

and since last week it stopped responding to my voice command regarding playing a specific song.

it’s quiet amazing.

I can cast from my Spotify on my iPhone to the audio nest, but it receives my voice command, acknowledge it, and DOES NOTHING… 😞

 

I’ve restarted it once (60 secs),

abd it worked for a day, and then problem occurs again.

it’s no solution to restarts it once a day. 
anybody familiar with this issue?

im frustrated. I have it only for 3 months.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

 

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: when did the issue start? Were there any changes made before the issue started? Do you have another Nest speaker? If so, are you experiencing the same thing? 

 

You can unlink and relink Spotify then observe if it will make a difference. To further isolate the issue try playing music using YouTube music too and check if it will work.

Problem disappeared 

hopefully for good

i tried unlinking and linking again, didn’t help , immediately

but now it works fine
