Google Nest Being Viewed

lking7179

Lately I’ve noticed that my Google Nest Hub keeps displaying Nest Cam being viewed and then Nest Camera Monitoring Off numerous times a day. This is happening when no one is viewing the app. It’s only two users who have access, myself and my husband. Is there a way to see who is viewing or is there an issue with the device? I’ve reset my Wi-Fi, I’ve unplugged the device yet it keeps occurring.

There are our four other recent postings (below) where customers are reporting their Nest Hub Max is telling them that someone is watching on their Nest Hub Max. I asked on Monday whether you investigating whether there is a defect causing false "viewing" alerts on the Nest Hub Max, but there has been no response yet.

Hey lking7179,

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how important your privacy is - let's dig deeper into this. A few questions: when did you first notice it? Have you tried changing the password of your account for your Nest app? What is the current firmware version of your Google Nest Hub Max?
