Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) Sleep Sensing issue w/ workspace account

Hi guys,

Just got myself a Google Nest Hub (2nd gen)  but when I was setting it up I ended up having problem activating

Sleep Sensing because strangely it asks for permission from administrator of "Google Workspace".

I am not familiar with Google Workspace and I have tried to login to admin.google.com with my account but it does nothing, can not login.  No error, nothing just does not enter the dashboard or anything.

How can I please enable Sleep Sensing?  This was one of the reasons I bought it , I thought this was a handy feature but now it seems to be not possible to active it.  😞   Beats me.

Many (most?) Google Nest devices and functions don't work well with Google Workspace accounts.

"Some Google Home app features are not available for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts. To access all Google Home app features available in your country, link a personal Gmail account instead."

Thanks, but this does not help. Seemingly my problem is that my Home in Google Home is linked to a non-gmail address at #
It seems this HYPE.HU domain is linked to Google Workspace hence I must get the permission there but I can not get a hold of the admin who provided me this email to be used. 😞 
This is the conflict.    I am puzzled what to do.

Google Nest says "To access all Google Home app features available in your country, link a personal Gmail account instead."  And this forum has many posts indicating we should use a personal gmail account rather than a Google Workspace account for the Google Home app.

I'm not sure whether Google Nest even has the ability tol tell you who the Workspace Administrator is for your domain, but you could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Chat could not really help me but in the meantime I was promoted to "admin" so I can login to admin.google.com now using the HYPE.HU domain.
Any idea where I can or have to grant permission to my Google Nest Hub for the sleep sensing as administrator ? 
I am lost with all these settings, menus. 😞

Sorry; I have no knowledge of how Google Workspace accounts work.

The overwhelming impression I have from posts in this forum and from Google Nest's online Help is that you need to use a gmail account for Google Nest products.

Yes, that is totally correct.  I set everything for Nest , all permissions were granted but no matter what you can not use a non gmail account that works with Sleep Sensing.

My HYPE.HU google account is accepted, but limited.

Are you also familiar with Google Home?   I am stuck with a Xiaomi Home issue in GH and might need some advice.

I have no experience the Xiamoi Home, but in general Google Nest does not provide any way to transfer devices from one account to another; you have to remove the device, do a factory reset, and then reinstall the device.
