Google Nest Hub Low Resolution, Burn-In/White Stripes

Hello, since last week my Nest Hub changed to a very low resolution and has horizontal white stripes on differend areas in different scenarios all over the screen that looks like some kind of burn in. already did a reset, didn't change. any suggestions? thanks for the help

Unplug your Google Nest or Home speaker or display. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait for the device to reboot, then try to ask the Assistant your question again. Reboot your modem and router.

First image: Lines between the time and the heads are not reflections but "burned-in" look-alikes...

Second image: You can clearly see the low resolution and pixelated writing.

Version one of these devices would screen fail… two of mine did the same

nothing you can do….. it’s buy another as a  Gen2 version
