Google Nest Hub Max camera offline all the time

For over 3 months I have had a problem with the camera in the hub max. It shows me that it is offline all the time. I followed all the tips on the forums and google help pages, I have a new router (unifi), I did all kinds of resets, it didn't help. Is there any solution to this problem because I see that this is not an isolated case, many users have the same problem and no help is visible from google

I have the same problem , I am waiting for Google support to get back to me . Not good to hear it’s been offline for 3 months for you.

are you able to turn on home monitoring?

Issue is with ios

i used a Samsung s10 to set it up again and it works properly even on my iphone
