Hello,
My Nest Hub max which us just over a year old from purchase has begun turning off radomly. I have found it once with a glitching G logo. It seems to be random when it turns off-sometimes during the day, sometimes I will find it off in the morning. Once I unplug the adaptor from the back of the unit and plug back in, it will work fine for a day, two days, sometimes longer. I have performed a factory reset which did not change the situation. Until now, the unit functioned perfectly. It seems as if there was an update along the way that has caused the problem..Please help.

Hi Brian16,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
It can certainly be frustrating when your Nest Hub doesn't stay on continuously. But don't worry, let's figure it out together.
First, I'd like to know if your Nest Hub Max is plugged directly into a wall outlet or a surge protector. It would be helpful to know if you've noticed the speaker LED lights turning off when it restarts. This could indicate a power-related issue.
I suggest trying to plug the Nest Hub Max into a different outlet to rule out any outlet-related problems. When changing outlets, leave it unplugged for 20 seconds before plugging it back in with the official power adapter that came with the Nest Hub Max.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
The Nest hub is plugged directly into the wall plug, not a surge protector.
I don’t notice any LED lights on the nest hub when powering on, just the screen which seems fine.
I have tried moving to another plug previously and the issue still occurred.
At this time, it has been on for 5 days in a row with no drop out.
last time it lost power I unplugged from the wall and plugged back in and it still did not work. I had to unplug the adaptor from the back of the hub itself, plug it back in and the. It would restart.

Hi Brian16,
Thanks for getting back to me.
My main concern with your Nest Hub Max was whether this was happening due to an inconsistent power supply. If you've verified everything is okay with the power running throughout your home and the Nest Hub Max turns off suddenly again, I suggest filling out this form. Doing so will allow my team to gather more information about your device and determine the best course of action.
Once you've filled out the form, please let me know. I'll keep an eye out for your response so my team can reach out to you as soon as possible via email.
Regards,
Angel.

Hello,
the Nest hub max finally went down last night at some point. Unplugging it and plugging it back in turned it back on..
