Hello all,
My Nest Hub Max (model H2A) will not power on. I purchased it in the UK, and have since moved to the US. It worked completely fine in the UK, never had an issue, and my understanding is that the device is dual voltage, and able to work on both US and UK standard voltage.
I have tried all of the solutions suggest here and elsewhere online: plugging it in, unplugging it 8-10 times, waiting everywhere between 2 seconds and 30 seconds between plug ins, tried holding then volume control buttons while plugging it in, a US power supply, a UK power supply through an adapter, tried different sockets, checked my sockets and power cords with a multimeter (all are functional) and every combination of the above—to no avail—the device will not turn on.
Looking for any assistance or additional troubleshooting anyone can provide….we also have the same problem with our Google Nest Hub Audio.
Thanks!
