Google Nest Hub Max

Hello!

I get the notifications for my Hub Max from the Nest App but not from the Google Home App. I'd rather have the notifications come from the Google Home App as that's where the rest of the notifications come from but I can't figure out how to change it. When I look in my settings, it looks like I should be getting the notifications there, but I am not. The camera also shows on the Nest App, which I thought was different because my two doorbell cameras do not.

Please help!

Part of Google Nest's current 2-app solution for Google Nest products is that the camera on the Nest Hub Max is set up and handled by the Google Nest app (including notifications), while the Nest Hub Max itself is handled by the Google Home app.

Maybe this will change with the Google Home app updates that Google Nest has announced in this forum; who knows?

Well that’s quite silly especially when the doorbell camera notifications go through the home app !

@bondhardwick, I totally understand that this is a good feature to use with your Google Home app  but, this feature is not yet available. I'd suggest you submit feedback about it, here's how.
